Throughout the circle, Shelley will provide hands-on Seraphim Quantum Healing (a form of angelic energy healing that heals trauma at its root) along with sound healing through drumming, rattles, and song. She will also channel soul guidance for the group and each individual to deepen the healing process.

Please bring a yoga mat along with anything else you may need to be comfortable during the circle (bolster, pillow, blanket, etc.) and a journal and pen. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to sit.

During the healing/channeling portion, you may prefer to lay on your mat with your eyes closed in meditation but you may also wish to bring a sketchbook, colored pencils, markers, etc. to allow for creative flow during the healing process.

Please be sure to arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 6:30pm
